       In 2018, Part Rescue Technology Co., Ltd set up the PCBA department,the specialty is engaged in PCB production, SMT processing, DIP plug-in, PCBA testing, finished product assembly, packaging one-stop electronics manufacturing services such as logistics, customs declaration, equipped with ten SMT production line , 2 plug-in line, 1 the ICT/FCT has grown test line, 1 the finished product assembly line. PCB Manufacturing: high TG plate, line width 3mil, finished product aperture 0.2mm, impedance, blind buried hole, BGA plate hole, Gold Plating, from single side to 32 layers, various solder resist colors

      Components procurement: original factory and primary agent channel, provide COC original packaging certificate, SQE audit supplier audit, equipped with experienced IQC incoming inspection team. 

PCBA processing: 10 SMT lines, 2 plug-in lines, 1 ICT/FCT test line, support 0201 SMT and BGA process, equipped with engraving machine, customized test fixture for customers.

      Finished product assembly: 1 assembly line, equipped with soldering, software burning, barcode management, QC and OBA management procedures, to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized batch assembly.

  •  DFM Check

    Check the following items of customer design: PCB, BOM, schematic diagram and finished product assembly manual:

    • File version and last update time

    • Process: leaded/lead free

    • Clear component bit number and screen printing

    • BOM with manufacturer's brand and part number, description and bit number

    • Confirm PCB manufacturing process: material, plate thickness, copper thickness, number of layers, surface treatment, character color and special process

    • Reasonable PCB layer and board

    • Provide the correct SMT patch file

    • Perfect program burn and functional test program

    • Clear assembly manual and schematic diagram of finished product

    • Other special process requirements

    New Product Introduction meeting

    New product introduction meeting is held in department, engineering department, production department, purchase department, quality department, etc.,

    • Detailed introduction of client project background, product application scope, delivery date and special requirements

    PCBAs  produced in our cooperative factory, we will strictly control the following key points of quality

    • Capable of completing 3mil line width, line spacing, multi-layer, HDI, impedance and blind buried hole

    • All PCBS delivered to our company must be 100% electrical tested

    Procurement of electronic components

    • 100% purchase is made according to the brand and part number specified in customer BOM (unless the customer agrees in writing to purchase other alternative materials due to the purchase cycle)

    • Purchase materials through formal channels such as primary agents and top traders

    • COC from primary agent can be provided

    • Have a good centralized procurement advantage, to obtain a shorter procurement cycle, use the latest material DC, and stock up, etc.

    • Provide complete original technical support

  • IQC incoming material inspection

    • Measure the thickness of the PCB

    • Check the through hole of PCB and whether the ink is blocked

    • Check whether the PCB is warped and deformed, and whether the screen printing is clear

    • Check whether PCB has broken wires, jumpers and other defects

    • Place PCB in reflow soldering for furnace temperature test to check for yellowing or distortion

    • Check whether batch number, batch number and screen printing of incoming electronic components are consistent with BOM

    • Incoming electronic components are placed on the PCB bare board for pad or through hole fitting test

    • Randomly check the resistance and capacity of incoming electronic components and compare them with BOM

    • Check whether there is scratch, deformation, broken foot, short foot and other appearance defects on the surface of incoming electronic components

    Component storage and solder paste printing

    • Keep sensitive components in professional constant temperature and humidity cabinet

    • Bake PCB/IC/BGA with strict requirements for 2-48 hours to remove moisture and enhance solderability

    • Use top-tier brand solder paste

    • Issue high quality laser steel mesh

    • Complete solder paste freezing, thawing and stirring procedures

    • Fully automatic solder paste printing machine to ensure consistency and reliability of solder paste printing in batch production

  • SMT processing

    • Adopt JUKI series automatic SMT mounter, accuracy up to .01005

    Equipped with electric flyer, reduce the probability of throwing and fault warning

    • Support mainstream chip types, such as QFN, SOP, SOT, TSOP, QFP, BGA, PLCC

    • Equipped with 10-temperature zone reflow oven and qualified furnace temperature curve

    • Test and record the furnace temperature with the furnace temperature tester every 4 hours

    • Use AOI optical detector to batch detect wrong parts, missing parts, reverse, virtual welding and other defects

    • Use X-ray for BGA welding reliability testing
